Answers on the choice of economic activity code and classifier search usage.
NACE is the statistical classification of economic activities. Code describes the activity actually performed by the company, and not only name or future service.
The main activity is determined by the activity that generates the most in the company added value; turnover, employees are also evaluated in practice engagement and other performance indicators. If there are multiple actions, additional codes may be required.
No. The code is determined by the actual process, customer and provided result. Before choosing, you should read not only the name of the class, but also the official explanation and exceptions.
You can enter a piece of code or an operation in the search field descriptive word. After finding the candidate, the full should be checked name and must confirm the choice in the official CSP classification.
The code should be revised if there are significant changes in the company's actual basic activity or transition to a new version of the classifier requires clarification. Periodic inspection is also useful if the originally registered design no longer corresponds to the actual revenue sources.
Yes. The company can perform several economic activities and specify additional codes, but one operation is identified as core business. Codes should reflect actual work performed, not all theoretically possible future directions.
The NACE code primarily classifies activity statistics and for administrative purposes. It is not a substitute by itself tax assessment, permit or license verification; regulated in the sector, the requirements must be clarified separately.
NACE 2.1 is a newer version of the classification with a refined activity structure and codes. Moving on from the previous one revisions, the old code does not always turn into an identical one in the new code, so the description of the operation should be evaluated.
