Personal data protection

Privacy policy

This policy explains how SIA FinServices processes personal data received through this website.

Last updated: 28 July 2026.

Data controller

The data controller is SIA FinServices, registration No. 43603060346, Latgales iela 55-1B, Riga, LV-1003, Latvia. For questions about your personal data, email info@finservices.lv or call +371 28348633.

Data we receive and why we use it

The contact form may collect your name, email address, telephone number and message. A pricing request may also include a company name and information about the scope and requirements of its accounting. We use this information only to respond, prepare a proposal and take steps before a possible service agreement.

Depending on the request, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abusive or automated submissions.

Form delivery and recipients

Forms are processed by our own PHP solution on the finservices.lv server; no external form service is used. Requests are delivered to the FinServices Gmail mailbox, so Google infrastructure is involved in email delivery. We do not add this information to advertising lists or sell it to third parties.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, pages viewed and interactions with forms, calculators, contact links and documents. When the website is opened, technical information about the visit, including browser, page and interaction-event data, is sent to Google infrastructure.

Reviews and publications widgets

The contact page loads client reviews and the Latvian updates page loads FinServices publications through widgets provided by Yext. When you open these pages, a request is sent to Yext infrastructure, and the provider may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser information and the time of the request. We use these widgets to display publicly available FinServices content.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to respond, support a possible business relationship or meet legal obligations. The website uses server-side validation, a hidden anti-spam field and submission rate limits. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed online, but we apply proportionate technical and organisational safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy and its date if our data processing or website features change.
